Best cheese focaccia & baguette ever. Guess their bakery team is amazing.
Sardines au Portugal
Portuguese sardines, caponata, sun dried tomato, lemon, fresh oregano.
Catalonia style octopus salad, Romesco sauce, grilled fennel.
Crispy artichoke, aioli, nipitella. Such a delish side dish.
Red-wine braised short ribs, rosemary grilled beef tenderloin, carrots tian, wild mushrooms, Bordelaise sauce.
Agneau du Quebec
Sheep’s milk yogurt marinated Quebec lamb, Harissa, sweet peas, ricotta gnocchi, natural juice.
Rhubarb and Tonka beans vacherin, poached rhubarb, orange sorbet, Tonka bean foam.
Mango, raspberries on a chocolate tartlet biscuit, mango sorbet.
Freshly baked madeleines just out of the oven.
